اسم فاعل من سحَلَ.
🇬🇧 Translation: Active participle of sahala (The one who files/Coast).
(جغ) كلّ منطقة من اليابس تجاور بحرًا، أو نهرًا أو مُسَطّحًا مائيًّا كبيرًا، وتتأثّر بأمواجه، شاطئ البحر
🇬🇧 Translation: (Geography) Any area of land adjacent to a sea, river, or large body of water, and affected by its waves, seashore (Coast/Seashore).
- خَفَرُ السَّواحِل : شرطة خاصّة لحراسة السّواحِل والسّفن العابرة.
🇬🇧 Translation: - khafaru as-sawahili : special police to guard the coasts and passing ships [Coast guard] (Coast guard).
سحَلَ يَسحَل، سَحْلاً، فهو ساحِل، والمفعول مَسْحول (shl) ساحلَ يُساحِل، مُساحَلةً، فهو مُساحِل (sahl) ساحِليّ (sahly) سَحْل (shl-2) سِحْليَّة (shlyh)
