خَمْل

[khml-2] Root: خ م ل
: (شر) نواتئ صغيرة تشبه الأصابع على بطانة الأمعاء الدقاق، وظيفتها أنها تزيد من امتصاص الطعام المهضوم.
🇬🇧 Translation: : (Anatomy) Villi: small finger-like projections on the lining of the small intestine, whose function is to increase the absorption of digested food.
